Zadar Outdoor Festival

The group of local enthusiasts, specialists in active vacation, this year decided to use this advantage and organize a very first Zadar Outdoor Festival – a celebration of nature, active life and adventure. For four days in April 2017, the sea and the land, the rivers and the mountains of Zadar region will become natural racing trails that will challenge the participants from all over the world to test their own limits and have lots of sports fun.

U prvom polugodištu 2016. godine zabilježeno je približno 17 milijuna noćanja ili 4,4% više nego u istom periodu 2015.g. Strani turisti ostvarili su 88,6% noćenja, od čega oko 66% otpada na noćenja gostiju iz Njemačke, Austrije, Slovenije, UK, Italije, Češke, Poljske, Francuske, Nizozemske i Švedske. Ljetna turistička sezona, koja uglavnom traje od početka lipnja do kraja rujna, glavni je pokretač razvoja hrvatskog turističkog područja. Kako bi produljili turističku sezonu tim entuzijasta iz Zadarske županije odlučili su slijediti moto Hrvatske turističke zajednice “Hrvatska 365”. Na tom tragu nastala je ideja pokretanja jedinstvenog sportskog i avanturističkog festivala. Zadar Outdoor Festival je projekt nekoliko turistčkih agencija koje djeluju na području Zadarske županije. Zadar Outdoor Festival manifestacija je koja slavi prirodu, ali prije svega aktivan život i avanturistički duh. More, rijeke, kopno i planine Zadarske regije na četiri će se dana od 27. do 30. travnja 2017. godine pretvoriti u prirodna sportska borilišta.  Poziv je to za sve natjecatelje širom svijeta da testiraju svoje vlastite sportske sposobnosti i pridruže se ovoj jedinstvenoj avanturističkoj priči. Zadar Outdoor Festival će se održati od 27.4. do 30.4. na području većem od 300 četvornih kilometara Zadarske županije.

Advent u Zagrebu

Advent in Zagreb had a recorded a last year so we hope that this year Advent in Zagreb 2016 will make a huge step forward. This event begin on Saturday 26th November 2016 and will last together with the New Year’s events to January 8, 2017. This year’s Advent will be more magical and bigger than last year how reported by the Zagreb Tourist Board. This year, the city of Zagreb defend the title of the European Best Christmas Destination. Idealno mjesto za bijeg od užurbanog i stresnog radnog ritma nije mit ili neka nedosanjana bajka. Najljepša je to bajka koju možete doživjeti u milijunskoj metropoli ovih dana. Vrijednost Božića leži upravo u njegovoj čaroliji i neizrecivoj radosti. I ove godine “Advent u Zagrebu” se natječe za titulu najboljeg europskog božićnog sajma. U organizaciji božićnog sajma 2015. godine bilo je uključeno oko 2500 ljudi, a ove godine ta će brojka biti nešto veća, s obzirom na to da se sajam proširio na nove lokacije.

Zagreb u adventsko vrijeme nudi pregršt događaja i manifestacija koje će zadovoljiti ukus i najzahtjevnijih posjetitelja. Od danas, 26. studenog, moći ćete uživati u mirisu toplih čajeva, kuhanom vinu i slasnoj hrani te u bogatom božićnom programu! Svi vi koji živite u Zagrebu ili ste u njegovoj neposrednoj blizini ili ste na putu prema glavnom gradu naše lijepe domovine Hrvatske iskoriste jedinstvenu priliku i dođite na otvaranje Adventa na Zrinjevcu i doživite božićnu čaroliju. Na Zrinjevcu u 19 sati pale se lampice, a u 23 kućice nudit će tradicionalne zagrebačke delicije.
Advent u Zagrebu najvažnije je događanje u zimskom dijelu godine koji iz godine u godinu biljež sve veći broj posjetitelja. Zadnje dvije godine glavni grad Hrvatske bilježi porast posjetitelja od gotovo 50%. Prema statističkim podacima Turističke zajednice grada Zagreba u 2013. godini zabilježeno je 45.393 dolazaka i 82.284 noćanja, dok je prošle 2015. godine u prosincu ostavreno preko 70.550 dolazaka i 123.734 noćenja.

Nielsen surveyed more than 8,000 consumers aged 18–54, dividing those interested in VR into two categories: PaVRs (pronounced “pavers”), who make up roughly 24% of the US population between 18 and 54, say it’s “likely that they will use or even possibly purchase VR technology in the next year”, while ConVRts (“converts”), who represent around 20% of US 18–54 population, “aren’t the most likely to try VR on their own, [but] exposure to even just a little information about the technology and applications boosts their interest levels”. Due to 20 years tradition this festival still standing and has a very high reputation for attracting performers of the highest caliber on the international jazz scene, although some still maintain that Kaunas jazz festival is better.
