The Festival of Taste is the Taste Moscow Festival in Luzhniki! From 26 to 29 July in Moscow on the prestigious alley Luzhniki will host a gastronomic festival Taste Moscow 2018.
The visitors will find fabulous food, fine wines and drinks, as well as a varied entertainment program. The festival Taste Moscow is part of the line of world festivals Taste Festivals, and today it is held in 19 cities around the world – London, Paris, Milan, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Sydney, Dubai, Chicago, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and others.
The site of the Taste Moscow 2018 festival will bring together the most popular and interesting restaurants in Moscow and well-known chefs from Russia and Europe in order to present to thousands of visitors their specialties and share their experience. Visitors to the festival Taste Moscow 2018 will have a unique opportunity to taste dishes and drinks presented by thirty metropolitan restaurants and bars, taste and purchase quality products and unique products from more than 150 companies participating in the festival on the market, interesting to spend time in master classes with the best world-class chefs.
What will happen this year? Most, perhaps, the main thing is a special menu from 30 leading restaurants of the city. Among them – Björn, MØS, China Bistro, Bamboo.Bar, KU :, Buba by Sumosan, Makoto, Vladivostok 3000, 15/17 Bar & Grill, Height 5642, Honest cuisine, Pies, wine and Goose, Voronezh, Mosfilmovskaya, Siberia Siberia, Gayane’s, Panaehali, Acha Chacha, Wine Religion, Wine Bazaar, Yan Primus, Archie, Scrocchiarella, Bardak, Chicha, “Predator Steaks & Burgers”, Stories. All of them will present guests with a unique menu of several dishes that were created specifically for the festival Taste Moscow.
On the territory of the festival operates its own “taist-currency”, which can be purchased in “Taste-banks” at a rate of 100 rubles = 1 “tayst.” The price of the dish varies, on average, from 3 to 5 “theists”, depending on the exclusivity of the menu and ingredients. Traditionally, several sites with master classes will work on the festival grounds. On the main stage of the festival Electrolux Taste Theater will perform more than 40 eminent chefs. And the POP-UP Restaurant will be given suppers by Glen Ballis, Ruslan Polyakov and Ilya Remy Kitchen Bakery, Gilda Seafood and Giacomo Lombardi, Sergei Lobachev (Meat & Fish) and Vladislav Korpusov (Stories) Andrew Matyuha (The Stove), Sergei Eroshenko (Honest cuisine) and Roland Debuss (2 * Michelin,Belgium), Andrei Shmakov (Savva), Vitaly Tikhonov (Pescatore) and Arthur Ovchinnikov (Novikov School).
They will prepare enogastronomical sets, which will be accompanied by drinks from the exclusive partner of the festival San-Pellegrino. At the choice of guests will be presented dishes of French, Italian, Scandinavian and Russian cuisines. Serious gastronomic ambitions can be realized by coming to the professionally equipped kitchen of Electrolux Chefs’Secrets. There, along with chefs Electrolux Chefs’, you can immerse yourself in the process of creating a culinary masterpiece and learn the secrets of the boss. For children on the Junior Chefs’ Secrets site, a separate, separate kitchen will be organized, where small guests will also be able to touch the secrets of culinary skill, prepare a dish with the chef, and then taste it together with friends and parents.
A special place at the festival will be held by Wine & Spirits Academy, where lectures and master classes devoted to wine are held not for the first year, and wine industry experts tell about wines, world trends and novelties of domestic winemaking. Guests of the private interactive zone Johnnie Walker Black Label will be able to discover a harmonious combination of 4 characters in the blend palette, feel like a master of blending and test their abilities in revealing the aromatic whiskey palette. Guests of the interactive space will also be able to sample cocktails based on unique – Johnnie Walker Black Label and Johnnie Walker Red Label, revealing a balanced smoky, fruity, fresh and spicy shades of Scotch whiskey.
Another real garage party # BlltGarage will wait for like-minded people. Here, following the spirit and philosophy of this frontier whiskey from Kentucky, professional bartenders and brand ambassadors will conduct a series of special training workshops of a new format and prepare flagship drinks based on bourbon and rye whiskey. Please note that entering the zone requires an additional registration, 18+. This year for the first time on July 27 at the site of the Taste Moscow 2018 festival, the Barmen Association of Russia will host one of the most prestigious barmen championships – the Final of the All-Russian qualifying round of the World Cocktail Championship 2018 World Cup.
