Field Day is an eclectic music festival in East London. With curations and contributions from some of the UK’s most respected clubs, promoters and music websites, the festival consistently boasts a unique and varied lineup.
2016 saw Bugged Out!, Crack Magazine and Eat Your Own Ears among those hosting stages – with the Saturday focusing more on the electronic and urban side of things, while the Sunday favoured indie, rock and alternative. In 2017 the festival will consolidate to just the one day, but won’t lose its eclectic and varied programming of the most exciting names in music.
As well as the ever-impressive lineup of musicians, Field Day also prides itself on creating a friendly and inclusive ‘village green’ atmosphere. With a tug-of-war, eating competitions, sack races and a tombola among it’s many attractions, the festival is the perfect combination of cutting edge music and good old fashioned summer fun.
